What We Build

Software for Norman research, professional services, and healthcare teams

An Oklahoma company since 2013.

We're based in Oklahoma City and we work with companies across the state, Norman included.

Norman has the university, the weather and aerospace research built up around it, and a business district that serves all of it. A lot of that work is record-heavy and still runs on spreadsheets, which is where we come in.

We started building software for Oklahoma businesses in 2013. In 2026 we joined RenegadesMedia's family of companies, and we still work the same way.

Getting Started

How a project works

There are three steps, and the first one is free, so you'll know what you're getting and what it costs before anyone writes code.

Dive deeper into our process

Step 1

Consultation

You tell us the problem and we ask a lot of questions, at no charge and with no obligation to go further.

Step 2

Scope & Design

We map out what gets built, what it costs, and how long it takes. You see designs and a prototype before development starts.

Step 3

Build & Support

We build it and you own it, and after launch we stay on for updates, fixes, and whatever comes next as your business changes.

We help business owners and entrepreneurs with the next steps in their tech journey, and we partner with and help run tech events and organizations around the state.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have an office in Norman?

No. We're based in Oklahoma City and we work with companies across the state.

How much does custom software cost?

Most projects start around $20,000 and go up from there depending on what gets built. You get a real number once we understand the scope, not a guess on the first call.

What kinds of Norman businesses do you work with?

Small and mid-sized organizations, mostly. Norman's mix leans university-adjacent research, professional services, healthcare, and local retail, and a lot of that work is record-heavy. We also work with founders building a first product.

Do you build AI features into software?

Yes. We build AI into the applications we deliver, including document processing, natural-language search, and assistants that work against your own data. For Norman organizations that is usually research files, grant paperwork, and case notes. If you're not sure whether AI fits, ask us on the first call and we'll tell you straight.

How long have you been building software in Oklahoma?

Since 2013, out of Oklahoma City. We've worked with businesses across the state for over a decade.

Who owns the software you build?

You do, once the agreed-upon bill is paid. The code is yours to keep, host, and change.
